Kelly started her practice over 25 years ago at Parkland Hospital where she attended and was certified through the Critical Care Nursing Program and went on to work several years in ICU. She was given an award for "One Of The Great 100 Nurses of 1997", and worked extensively in all specialties of surgery, with a focus on plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic as well as reconstructive).
Kelly was certified by the Esthetic Skin Institute, Inc. in the art and science of Derma fillers and Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox) and has since performed thousands of such procedures.
Max F. Adler, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Adler is board certified in pediatrics and dermatology. He has lectured locally and nationally for pharmaceutical and laser companies, and was the Producer/Host of Arlington M.D., a locally produced program on Arlington Telecable featuring health-related issues.
His major professional interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, eczema, and cosmetic procedures including Botox®, filler agents, sclerotherapy, and multiple laser procedures including V-Beam, Fraxel®, Portrait Plasma, and Aesthera Isolaz for acne, photoaging, and hair removal related issues.
Sherri Alford
Aesthetician
Sherri joined the LooksRX team in 2021. She has been an Aesthetician for over ten years. She delivers an amazing energy and thrives to always be the best in her field. Sherri specializes in anti-aging, photoaging, acne, rosacea, and many other skin conditions. She has extensive knowledge working with all skin types. She provides realistic treatment plans designed specifically for each individual client. She is certified in IPL, BBL, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling with RF, SkinPen, AviClear, Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, and Coolsculpting.
Tiffany Clark

Tiffany is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with 10 years experience assisting patients with their skincare goals. She is proficient in antiaging treatments including a wide range of chemical peels, microneedlling, facial and body treatments. She is passionate about skincare and helping people look and feel their best. .
