Kelly started her practice over 25 years ago at Parkland Hospital where she attended and was certified through the Critical Care Nursing Program and went on to work several years in ICU. She was given an award for "One Of The Great 100 Nurses of 1997", and worked extensively in all specialties of surgery, with a focus on plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic as well as reconstructive).
Kelly was certified by the Esthetic Skin Institute, Inc. in the art and science of Derma fillers and Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox) and has since performed thousands of such procedures.
Tiffany Clark

Tiffany is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with over 15 years experience assisting patients with their skincare goals. She is proficient in anti aging treatments including a wide range of chemical peels, microneedling with RF, Skinpen, Aviclear, Laser hair removal and customized facials and body treatments tailored to your skin type and condition.
As a LooksRx team member since 2014, she’s passionate about skincare and helping people look and feel their best.
Max F. Adler, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Adler is board certified in pediatrics and dermatology. He has lectured locally and nationally for pharmaceutical and laser companies, and was the Producer/Host of Arlington M.D., a locally produced program on Arlington Telecable featuring health-related issues.
His major professional interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, eczema, and cosmetic procedures including Botox®, filler agents, sclerotherapy, and multiple laser procedures including V-Beam, Fraxel®, Portrait Plasma, and Aesthera Isolaz for acne, photoaging, and hair removal related issues.
